You can call them with questions about mould and damp, switching supplier, fuel debt, draughts or anything else.

Nest offers free, impartial advice and support to help you reduce your energy bills and, for those who are eligible, a package of free home energy efficiency improvements, such as a new boiler, central heating or insulation.
They can help with things like:
saving energy and water
making sure you're on the best tariff
whether you're entitled to any benefits to boost your income

Citizens Advice provides free, confidential and independent advice to help people overcome their problems. They help with everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights.
You can call Citizens Advice for free or drop in to one of their offices or sessions across Bridgend. See when they will be offering a drop in service near you.
To find out if you can get your home connected to the gas grid you'll need to contact the gas transporter for the Bridgend county area, Wales & West Utilities on 0800 912 2999.
If you receive qualifying benefits or are in fuel poverty you may be entitled to help through the Wales & West Utilities Warm Home Assistance Scheme. They may be able to fund your connection to the gas grid.
